criminal background checks, employment verification, background check
Trust is not given overnight. At these times, it is difficult to easily trust someone because of the rampant atrocities in the society. You would never know that you can be under the claws of these predators that are planning to strip you off of your properties and other precious belongings.
There are numerous reports these days about people crying for help because their loved ones were taken away by someone who they thought are their friends. The sad part of being a victim of fraud is that you end up being helpless. It is only you who should be blamed because you easily give your trust you someone without doing any background check.
Potential criminals are roaming in the streets and you have no tool on how you can identify them from among the thousands of people you encounter in a day. They may seem nice and very accommodating but you have no way of telling on what goes in their minds. And you, who will be easily swayed by their theatrics and flowery words, will instantly put your trust to that someone. And before you know it, you are another victim of their scheme and other criminal acts. All that’s left for you to do is to ask for the help of the authorities who also seem powerless in solving these kinds of crimes. You will now be an addition to the growing statistics of fraud.
Remember that criminals are like politicians. They will do whatever it takes to get your trust and in the end, they will get all things that you hold precious. Take a look at the ads of these politicians. They seem to be very genuine in their quest for the country’s reform. But behind all these, they only want to acquire power and suck all the country’s wealth. The lesson now here is that you play vigilant in protecting your properties and loved ones from these people who design criminal acts. You will be the only one who will suffer if you let them into your life. So, a background check is a big plus against any criminal act.

background check, employment verification, criminal background checks
Once upon a time women knew very little of the works of courtship. The gentlemen were only very aware of how women flowed with glorious beauty which left them enticed for the longest moment. Emotions for each one are dealt delicately with bribes of a thousand of lovely flowers, colors that favor the cunning eyes of his lover. Some are rather ravished, blooming with intensity as each day passes when one is away from the other. However, a young love elicits a shared love solemn and furious that often diminishes a person’s sense of reason. It is almost a defying act played and performed in front of a mocking crowed but still the performer would finish off with a loud approving applause. It may be likely that once upon a time all in love are dealt with virgin emotions filled with intensity, minus the reason, conventional rites and background check.
Moving on with time and proper decorum that often changes century after centuries, the love affair of man and woman remains a temper to be tamed. Neither of both parties’ gave enough attention to do a background check whether it’s for the others advantage or disadvantage to foresee a favorable future in the relationship. It wouldn’t hurt to snoop around to check if your man or woman is emotionally stable or that they are certainly equipped for marriage. Nowadays, there is a growing population of failing marriages because a couple are said to be incompatible. Finally, this failure to coexist ends in divorce, separation, battle with custody and the fight off of the infamous irreconcilable differences remarks.
In the past women were always in love with their men and men were always delighted for the attention. Both lived well even if what they have was only romance. Paper and ink was an insignificant creation. Love was a thrilling sensation among lovers and couples it never fails to excite other venturing observers. Marriage is an ancient tradition of two people that were thrilled by the shrilling pull of romance and companionship.

2012, blog, life, disaster, adversity
<!-- @page { margin: 2cm } P { margin-bottom: 0.21cm } -->
I recently caught the movie "2012" starring John Cusack and Danny Glover and all I can say is that its creepy, scary and may possibly even be true.
There are currently tons of reading materials regarding 2012 all over the internet. From scientifica findings, researches and essays to websites containing conspiracy theories and speculations. There are even some sites debating on whether there are any truths regarding the event coming on December 21, 2012.
As for me, after seeing the movie, I realized a few things. That life is short and we should stop bickering as a people and unify to change the world and make it better place. After watching the movie, I also learned the value of family and friends. And the importance of believing in things even if everybody's pulling you down. This essay strengthens and validates my belief that there will be something big waiting in the wings when that year hits. Finally, I learned that we should be ready for anything and that we should live life to the fullest so that when the time comes and everythings falling apart, we can look back in our lives and say that we spent our lives well.

Aw I haven't posted here in a while and what a shame because I've got so much stuff to say! Most of it is better left unsaid so I'll skip it for today.
I learned that writing is hard effing work, mang. You'd think I would have realized this when reading all those books about writing but it didn't hit me until I had to do it. I've been doing it for a long time, so I meant that it didn't hit me until I tried to do it seriously. I used to get paid for it, a lil freelance here, a lil freelance there. Nothing famous unless you're a fan of somewhat humorously copy for mundane things. I considered it practice for the big time. You know, the big time when I'd be writing to win a Hugo. Come to discover, however, I'm a lazy writer. I thought I was artsy, prefering to write stuff with very little dialogue and vague descriptions of place and person. It's not that I'm not interested, I'm just interested in what's going on inside people, and the world outside of someone's mind has always been an afterthought.
I decided this year I would participate in, and finish, National Novel Writing Month. Every year I want to do it and every year I sissy out because I can't stop nitpicking about how my story isn't perfect. I have plenty of imperfect (and unfinished) stories that might contain actual good ideas if only I gave them the attention. I stare at them and wonder why I suck so much at finishing/revising/whatever.
Can I conquer my perfectionist inner editor and overcome my laze? I hope so because if not then I am doing it wrong. I hear that just continually writing will help me to find the crappy, weak spots in my work and in my skill in general, and then fix them. I figure if it doesn't work for my fiction, I can at least become an essayist. Providing I re-learn how to write an essay. If that happens, expect some damn good essays because I'm writing so much lately that I'll need something to channel this energy into.

search people, public records, criminal records, record search, court records
There have been many court records stating cases of rape, harass or physical attack. Most of these have women as their top victims, since men are believed to have the ability to defend themselves more. Yes, defend….
Women have been advised time and again to prepare themselves against aggressors that may attack them anytime possible. They are everywhere: the streets, the office, even at school. They may be people who are familiar or complete strangers. Most importantly their motives differ….
They may be rapist or just plain robbers. Either way, they represent “danger” to a streetwalker (especially women streetwalker). They ambush with their schemes and at times the usual kick at the groin or poking the eyes are not enough lifesavers unlike what was seen in movies. And though martial arts seemed like a cool way to get a kick-ass safety, there are other ways to do it—learning what self defense really means.
Self defense is all about using the head and not whatever physical attacks necessary to blow down an oppressor. They may work though but everything is not always about “the way of the fists”. It’s a known fact that thinking before acting brings out the best in everything we try to do.
Brawns are the best weapon ever and a background check on self defense would prove this claim as only 10 percent of it pertains to physical counter-moves. The remaining 90 percent are all about keeping calm and being aware of one’s surroundings to know how to prevent such ambush from the suspected attacker. Know who he is and how to fight him before he even attacks is the first thing to do. If things did get aggressive, it’s time to bring out those sharp ideas and strike back (get physical). Here’s how to prevent an attack.
1. Keep calm and cool
An attacker would always look for easy targets. They would often look for women who are busy with their phones, have their hands full (like after going in the grocer) and seem fearful. Have a confident placing. In court records, cases have been posted where the victims are usually those who are unaware and are freaked out if they find someone following them. They usually end up in dark alleys where no one would be able to help them. Another fact is that attacking at once may only get the oppressor fired up that may lead the contact to be much worst.
Keeping the chin up and looking like the girl who’s aware is a sure way to keeping the bad men away. These women have the tag “bring it on” posted on their foreheads.
2. They are not always at the dark
Keep in mind that attackers are not always those who creep out from the dark. They may be people whom we call associates. There is this one sure way to keep their secret evil motives from manifesting, and keep us miles away at once. This is called de-escalation.
De-escalation is speaking or acting in a way that may keep the worst from happening. Example of such is the throwing the wallet when a robber attacks instead of fighting back. Sometimes this method is for keeping one’s rage calmed down by agreeing with him or her: example is when harassed. These are ways to have their focus redirected thus keeping one away in a tight situation.
3. Learn safety measures
Know the streets traveled as much as possible. Go to places where there are many people. Keep out of those where being alone means trouble. Know hang-outs which are safe. Try to convince friends the joints which you believe are safe from possible attackers. Also have a buddy when walking at night.
Instant communication is also a must. Have the speed dial of your cell phones ready in case of emergency. More than that posts a written schedule of activities that they ought to know about. Be direct in saying where you’ll be going, with whom, and the time to come home.
4. It’s time to learn self-defense
Be more aware than ever. There are moves that attacker may find themselves surprised. These are moves which they least expect before giving the kick at the groin and poking the eyes. It’s a great add to confidence if the techniques on fighting back can be learned.
There are times, however, that rather than hand to hand combat, lectures in self defense classes give attention to ingenuity. A pen may be used as a weapon as an umbrella. A simple kick may not be martial arts yet it may do wonders. Inhalers (for asthmatic) and spray perfumes may also serve as pepper sprays giving the target a chance to get away fast.
Remember, a good self defense class helps a person in sizing up the situation.
Anticipating an attacker means giving focus on learning from other’s past experiences and taking in the present to know how to keep safe. Self defense is not about getting aggressive, it’s about knowing how to keep one away from harm’s way. So for women who are the usual targets of assaults, here's the best reminder to keep the attackers away: Think before you act.

criminal history, criminal records, court records, public records search, public records
Gun ownership is one of the many serious issues often discussed especially concerning domestic problems. Whether or not a person is allowed to carry a gun around has always been a good topic for debates especially in countries and states whose laws allows such. Unfortunately, when human mortality is concern, civilians with this weapon are always put to question due to the growth of crime rate.
Recent polls in the U.S. show a steady dropping of support for gun control. Public records show only 28% of the population strongly agrees for total ban of handguns. The rest however opposes the banning of gun ownership. It also shows that only about 49% of Americans would agree for more restrictive gun laws compared to that in 1990 when the issue on restriction was first asked. The debates on this issue alone leads to more talks on the effectiveness of the firearm regulation, especially with most Independents giving support on gun ownership which is the main reason for the percentage drop of persons in support for the restrictive law.
Recent public records also show the views of the Republicans and the Democrats regarding gun control. Two opposing side still gives opposite say as Most Democrats shows more percentage of those wanting stricter laws rather than less strict compared to the Republicans whose division is believed to be brought by the fact that they are more likely to own guns according to the General Social Survey which is continuously conducted for the last 35 years.
Issues on gun violence have ignited arguments regarding gun control. United States is presently considered as the nation with the highest number of gun ownership. Unfortunately public records also identify United States as gaining the highest number of homicides. This was said in accordance to the recorded number of violence brought about by firearms as most victims are killed with guns.
Gun ownership seems to become a national trend. Persons, applying for gun licenses, seem to be rising about 44% in recent months. For gun dealers the reason behind such lies on the growing fear from criminals. Owning a gun has become a security measure. But other than that, recent growth in the gun owner’s population number is said to be connected with President Obama taking the seat in the White House. The Paranoia here is the fear that President Obama will take guns away.
Whether firearms should be prohibited or not is still a question as most people has taken this for self defense. But the fact that most homicide deaths are brought about by guns should not be pushed aside. This is but one issue that should be dealt with once and for all.

people finder, record search, find person, find a person, people find
People find friends as their ultimate keeper of secrets and shareholders of fun. Their presence makes every dark gloomy day seem brighter and makes every warm sunny mornings lighter than ever. There was even this finding that having friends are sure antidotes from illnesses and depressions thus giving a 22 percent of risk free from dying early. However, what if a so-called friend is actually a frenemy? Does that count?
It was something coined from the movie “Mean Girls”: a friend/enemy. Some people find this as something new to their hearing but as new as it is, its tale has been said many times over.
What is a frenemy?
She’s your friend, then again, maybe not? It’s a love-hate relationship really. You’re close yet competition is on the role. They may range from the manipulative to the selfish and unkind. There is besting each other at anything from the latest fashion find to the boys that you love and hate. They take your every failure as a success and your every success a challenge. If you feel a friend falls into this category then do a background check on your friendship meter.
Know your frenemy....
It may be hurtful but it’s for the best. There are times we need to pay attention to our instincts as we try to see the real ones from the fake ones. Determining this may help us be at bay from potential crabs that may pull us down any moment and at the same time may still keep that friendship from getting into a more unhealthy turf (that is if you want to save it). Spotting these frenemies, however, can be something that may surprise you.
Most frenemies are actually persons who share your interests. In this case separating them from the genuine friends is a challenge. They may talk against you behind your back; compares everything from your stuff to accomplishments with theirs; and would always want something better than what you have. These are just some, so to speak, but there are more ways to spot someone who has this tendency. However, if a friend has a different taste than yours then determining is made easier.
As there are ways that may spot the different friend from the midst, there are also things that we should be aware of.
There are persons who happen to be insensitive and may seem to be someone that may bring you down. This doesn’t necessarily qualify her as a frenemy. But if a person continuously uses your friendship for her personal agenda: manipulates, breaks promises, ignores requests and so on—then she is definitely one. These are actually friendship errors that go below the limit.
To really decipher the frenemy, comparing her with someone whom you think is a true friend is a good way to start. Weighing may actually let you see the difference from how you are treated and taken as a person. If you can’t then there’s always that one trustee friend that can help you distinguish. This friend should be from someone outside so as not to have a biased judgment.
Things may seem tough at times but true friends are those who rise you up by encouraging and by marking your mistakes so as to give way for your growth. Know your frenemy; they are people who have envy that eats them up.
“Keep your friends close, and your frenemies? sometimes closer….

background check, criminal background check, criminal check, criminal history, criminal records
Suspense shows and books have placed fans at the edge of their seats. The most enjoyable product of one’s imagination happens to be those with logical twist that can send one’s mind thinking of the possible outcome. One such logical (and intellectual) complements of story are those that focus on detective work, and when there is one, the first thing that pops into our heads are the gruesome minds of serial killers.
We thought they are just figment of one’s imagination. He is a murderer who kills people according to his own preference. They are inhuman as they have some sort of ritual to do their bidding. But as much as they are thought to be fictional, we return to the fact that every story is inspired by the true stories as only one person has seen, heard, or experience.
Criminal records show us the likes of Ted Bundy and David Berkowitz whose cases led for the term “serial killer” to be coined. Theodore Robert Bundy is one of the most notorious serial murderer and rapist of the late 20th century in the U.S. It was said that Ted Bundy first acknowledged his killer instincts when an 8-year old girl suddenly disappeared in the middle of the night. Between 1974 and 1978, Bundy had raped and killed young women and had confessed to 28 murders. On January 24, 1989, Bundy died after receiving a death sentence through the electric chair for the sex slaying of Kimberly Leach.
The criminal records of David Berkowitz note him as the serial killer who was called the “Son of Sam”. His first kill took place July 29, 1976, when he fired into a car and killed Donna Lauria, leaving Jody Valentini wounded. All in all he committed six murders and others wounded. In June 12, 1978, he was sentenced to 365 years in prison.
What turns a person into a serial killer?
Serial killers usually have an antisocial personality disorder. They appear normal or charming—leaving people attracted to their ways. They are referred to at times as having the “mask of sanity”. This personality is a result of their early childhood wherein they see life as horrible as it came to them due to family problems leading them to think of themselves as unloved. They result to violence thinking that death is the only thing that mattered to end whatever it is they are feeling. To be near death they result to killing others. One case former serial killer however is proof of such as he stopped killing since he worked at a morgue. This is for the reason that he feels the satisfaction of being near death surrounded by the dead bodies.
The Poet by Michael Connelly was released in paperback year 1996. It’s a story about Jack McEvoy, a journalist who specialize death but was now facing an investigative story that focuses around the murder of his twin brother. His brother, a cop, was fixated on the killings of a serial killer that prey on coppers. This is but one of the best stories ever told on serial killings. A clear example of what a serial killer might do to get to his prey. The difference however between the serial killer is the fact that we enjoy the story and not try to worry. But as every story is based on the truth that lies out there, there is a chance that we may learn the thrill such persons live.

find a person, search person, find person, people find, people finder
To be a people finder has been one means of giving television viewers a reality drama series as networks take advantage of this profession. In a way those who are looking for their missing loved ones are given a leeway to have their search more fruitful. But there are such cases that being a “people finder” happen to be pure luck and not based on the profession one really does.
The Locator is a television show which became the means of reuniting loved ones from one another. The show is hosted by Troy Dunn, who was motivated to this job when he himself helped his mother in 1990 locate her own biological family. Together with his then-partner, they founded an organization that helps reunite people from those that are considered as un-findable. It was then that he became the Locator.
Troy built a team that made the reuniting people, which has been estimated to be 300 million and counting, more possible than any locator has done. For many years, people have witnessed heartfelt reunions in television through The Locator. Troy Dunn also became very famous with his numerous guest appearances in both US and UK based shows (BBC shows to be more specific). His appearances earned him respect as he time and again brought loved ones together as only they could dream possible.
Troy Dunn became his own people finder as he launched TroyTheLocator.com. This was launched to help more people than they already were doing. Unlike other people finder searches, Troy’s ways to locate long lost loved ones became very notable for their accurate results. His television show presently helps maintain his private investigator license. Furthermore, an addition to his success is the people who gave their time and effort in getting each and every reuniting feat a success. Troy himself trained his men to be a proficient people finder themselves.
The Locator, Troy Dunn, is but an example of a person who had made himself as means to connect people who have been missing from their loved ones lives for so long. But for any ordinary man to do such a feat (at least be the means of reuniting the lives of separated loved ones) is a possibility. There are times the Fates make ways for such things to happen.

I'm back!
And what have I to say for myself today? Not much. Here at my designated blathery-blog I have brought forth lots of nothing, nada, and bullpuckery of the type which the world pays little attention to and is fine because if anyone judged me seriously by these posts I probably would be fined or executed or something.
At my own site I have managed to rail against racism and then turn right around and write some racial humor for another site. I learned that platypuses growl (just like in Phineas and Ferb) and that mitochondria are suspected by some to have been a separate species at one time and grown into symbiosis with Eukaryotes. That bit's for a story I wrote and am revising. I hate revision but science makes it bearable.
I'm still lazy, but not as much as usual!
